Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Common Thread.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or regulation.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content intended to harass, defraud, or harm others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you and your teammates upload to your workspace. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Service, including sending it to AI model providers to generate responses.

AI-generated output

Common Thread uses third-party AI models to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you rely on from the Service before using it in production work.

Plans and billing

Some features require a paid plan. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the Service or other users.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Common Thread will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
